Joella Marano is an ambitious and budding photographer, with 10+ years of in field and training experiece and has got a portfolio under her belt to match any photographer.
Born in New York on November 20, 1990, Joella was surrounded by culture and quickly was drawn to it. In 2003, Joella decided she wanted to be a fashion designer, and attended several pre-college courses at the Fashion Institute of Technology, as well as taking a number of design classes while in high school.

In 2003, Joella began shooting live concert photography, combining her love of music and concerts with her newfound love of the camera. She fell in love with the art of photography, and quickly geared her life towards a career in Media Photography. In 2008, Joella moved to Chicago, Illinois and attended Columbia College, majoring in Photography. While in Chicago, Joella continued to build and expand her portfolio, using a variety of models, and doing shoots out of her apartment and around the beautiful city, as well as shooting local shows, using both film and digital photography.
In 2009, Joella had her first major photo shoot in Iowa City, with William Beckett of The Academy Is..., and those photos were featured on the popular music scene website Buzznet.com. The following month she went on to do photo shoots with Alex DeLeon [The Cab] and Forever The Sickest Kids.
In 2010, Joella returned to New York, intending to turn her work over to film. In November of that year, she shot her first major picture premiere for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1.
Joella Marano continues to work in New York with her beloved pug, Vladimir and cat Anakin, shooting shows, movie premieres, and photo shoots.
